Acabo de comprar MacOS Server y estoy intentando añadir dispositivos a su gestión. He intentado ir a la página "Mis dispositivos",

Sin embargo, si yo Airdrop este mdm_profile.mobileconfig a otro dispositivo e intento abrirlo, recibo un mensaje de error "No se puede contactar con el servidor SCEP":

¿Debo instalar MacOS Server en todos los dispositivos que quiero gestionar? (Pensaba que bastaba con instalarlo en un solo dispositivo "administrador").

Su primer obstáculo es que su DNS en el dispositivo de inscripción no puede encontrar el nombre dns del servidor - Kurts-macbook-pro-13. Si configura la dirección IP o hace un nombre dns que resuelva, podrá completar la inscripción en el segundo dispositivo. O agregue .local como lo hizo en el navegador web si sólo está administrando los dispositivos locales.

Puede encontrar el nombre DNS local de cualquier Mac yendo a System Preferences > Sharing . Y justo en la parte superior bajo el campo con el "Nombre del ordenador" te dará el nombre DNS de la red local de ese ordenador. Es probable que si añade un ".local" al final del nombre del servidor cuando configure el perfil de inscripción, otros Macs de su red local deberían poder encontrarlo. Por ejemplo: kurts-macbook-pro-13.local
