Mi MacBook Pro se desconecta del wifi de la oficina cuando otras personas se unen a la red

Recientemente he cambiado de oficina. La nueva oficina está situada en el centro de la ciudad, por lo que hay múltiples puntos de acceso, tanto controlados por la empresa como externos.

La conexión inalámbrica del portátil se desconecta poco después de que me conecte a la red por primera vez por la mañana. También parece desconectarse cuando grupos de personas se unen a la red a lo largo del día (por ejemplo, después de las reuniones). No tengo este problema en otras redes.

El problema sólo ocurre con los portátiles Mac de nuestra red. Los dispositivos Linux, Windows y Android parecen seguir conectados.

Yo también tengo este problema constantemente en mi oficina. Algunos días son más frecuentes que otros. Después de leer varios temas llegué a la conclusión de que el adaptador inalámbrico del Mac es más susceptible al ruido de la red (cuando hay muchos dispositivos conectados a una red) y luego se cae (a veces tarda en conectarse). Se puede hacer una de las siguientes aproximaciones.

  1. Ir a Menú Apple -> Preferencias del Sistema -> Red Seleccione Wifi y en la configuración

  1. Cambia el canal de radio del router a 2,4Ghz. Asegúrate de que el punto de acceso WI-Fi está configurado para elegir automáticamente el mejor canal de radio, ya que el entorno de radio cambia constantemente y el punto de acceso debe ser capaz de adaptarse a ello.

  2. Si tu Macbook Pro no tiene conector Ethernet, debes conseguir un adaptador Ethernet para evitar la frustración.
