Actualmente estoy intentando instalar Mountain Lion y todo iba bien hasta que llegó el momento de reiniciar.
Primero intenté reiniciar y luego me dijo que tenía que cerrar las aplicaciones, así que hice clic en el botón para cerrar las aplicaciones y se quedó colgado durante unos minutos y luego el instalador se bloqueó, así que ejecuté el instalador de nuevo, ya que no se reinició por sí mismo después de hacer clic en reabrir la aplicación.
El instalador me dio inmediatamente el botón de reinicio, ya que asumo que el proceso de almacenamiento en caché de los archivos se ha completado. Ahora, cada vez que hago clic en el botón de reinicio sólo se reinicia mi macbook y el instalador nunca se inicia. He hecho esto alrededor de 4-5 veces ahora exactamente lo mismo cada vez.
No estoy seguro de si hay archivos corruptos en la caché del instalador o si está enviando un mensaje de reinicio equivocado, pero no he podido instalarlo de una manera u otra.

hice una reparación de disco y reparación de permisos y desactivé la bóveda de archivos todavía tengo los mismos problemas
el registro del instalador después de la instalación falló
