Tengo un Macbook Pro 10,1 (mediados de 2012) corriendo 10.10.2. En los últimos meses, he tenido problemas con el sistema de repente colgando - ratón no se mueve, el teclado no hace nada, y el reloj se detiene. Tengo que mantener pulsado el botón de encendido y reiniciar el ordenador cuando esto sucede.
He estado experimentando estos congelamientos que van de diarios a semanales. No hay ninguna acción consistente que reproduzca la congelación a demanda. En algún momento de los últimos meses, sin embargo, cambié a Safari desde Chrome como mi navegador principal porque la vida de la batería parece mucho mejor cuando se utiliza Safari. He estado haciendo un proyecto durante la última semana que depende de Chrome, y como tal no he estado usando Safari, y no he tenido congelaciones. En retrospectiva, creo que los congelamientos comenzaron a ocurrir cuando comencé a usar Safari regularmente.
Preferiría no tener que elegir entre usar Safari y tener un sistema estable. ¿Alguien conoce problemas como el que estoy experimentando? ¿Alguna sugerencia para solucionar el problema?

He guardado los registros de la consola en torno a uno de estos congelamientos. Cuando el ordenador se congeló, Safari era la aplicación principal y yo estaba desplazando una página con dos dedos en el trackpad. Entonces mantuve pulsado el botón de encendido para reiniciar.
