Eso no es nada: los Mac mini que ejecutan servicios pueden acumular millones y millones. Si haces un poco de cálculo, toma la frecuencia de reloj de tu CPU y asume que cada activación inactiva utiliza 10 ciclos de CPU. ¿Qué fracción de 5 minutos de tiempo de CPU son 100.000 activaciones en reposo? Luego divide eso por cuantas veces más de 5 minutos ha estado corriendo tu kernel_task.

Disculpas por la falta de información. Mojave 10.14.6 en un MacBook Pro 13" 2.3 Ghz 8 RAM 512 GB SSD intel core i5 (4 cores). Se que el portátil no debería tener tantos hilos para cada tarea. Algo pasa y quiero cortarlo de root antes de que pase.

@GrimmHoliday Yo arrancaría en recovery y reinstalaría el os. Eso no hace daño a nada y se asegura de que su sistema está configurado con carpetas se espera.

@GrimmHoliday supongo. Todavía puedes usar la función de instalación de restaurar tu usuario desde la copia de seguridad para recuperar tu antiguo sistema. Yo solía hacer esto cuando la actualización de discos duros en mis viejos Macs.

Fui a la tienda de Apple de nuevo y esta vez hicieron una prueba de diagnóstico / hardware. Todo volvió bien, como la tarea del núcleo de la CPU no va 400% como algunas otras personas tienen con este problema. Voy a esperar a ver qué pasa, si se bloquea o puede autorregularse con este nuevo fallo. Todavía voy a ver lo que otros han hecho para arreglar esta tarea del núcleo hiperactivo despertares inactivos - es inusual y causará problemas en el futuro.
