Mi MacBook Pro se ha vuelto lento últimamente. El monitor de actividad muestra que la tarea del núcleo está utilizando alrededor del 300% de la CPU. El ventilador está siempre encendido a alta velocidad.

A continuación, los detalles de mi ordenador:

  • Macbook Pro de 13 pulgadas, mediados de 2012;
  • Procesador Intel Core i5 a 2,5 GHz;

Comprueba esto solución de macrumors:

  1. Vaya a Acerca de este mac debajo de la Apple en la parte superior izquierda y haga clic en Más información
  2. Haga clic en el informe del sistema
  3. Anote lo que dice después de Identificador de modelo
  4. Vaya a la carpeta (esto puede lograrse en el Finder utilizando Ir>Ir a la carpeta (cmd-mayúsculas-g) ) /System/Library/Extensions/IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext/Contents/Plugins/ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin.kext/Contents/Resources
  5. Encuentre el nombre del paso 3 y muévalo a una carpeta que pueda encontrar de nuevo si es necesario.
  6. Reinicia y ya está.

Reinstalar el sistema OSX utilizando una copia de seguridad de TimeMachine

La forma más fácil es reinstalar OS X y restaurar usando una copia de seguridad de TimeMachine.

Primero asegúrate de tener una copia de seguridad de Time Machine.

Time Machine funciona con cualquier disco duro conectado al ordenador mediante USB, FireWire o Thunderbolt.

  • Seleccione el icono de Time Machine en el menú.
  • Seleccione Abrir Preferencias de Time Machine...
  • Si Time Machine está desactivado, ponga el control deslizante en on.
  • Seleccione el disco que desea utilizar como copia de seguridad de Time Machine.
  • Time Machine configurará el disco duro para las copias de seguridad e iniciará automáticamente la primera copia de seguridad en dos minutos.

Utiliza estos pasos si necesitas borrar un disco antes de instalar OS X:

  • Antes de empezar, necesitas estar conectado a Internet.
  • Seleccione el menú Apple > Reiniciar y, a continuación, mantenga pulsadas las teclas Comando (⌘) y R mientras el ordenador se reinicia.
