¿Qué está causando el pánico del núcleo?

Estoy recibiendo muchos kernel panics y freezes (muchas veces/día).

He realizado un informe de EntreCheck, pero no puedo interpretarlo. Me parece que es Backup and Sync el que lo causa anecdóticamente, pero creo que el ordenador se reinició incluso después de haber salido del programa.
