After changing the keyboard for the technical service, my macbook 2017 without touchbar suffers the following: -When I close the screen the macbook does not leave the rest, I have to use the SMC command. -When I turn off the laptop the same thing happens if I close the screen, but close it, I can turn on from the power button. -If I turn off and close the screen while charging it, it loads intermittently, the connection is heard and disconnected continuously.
Problems only occur when I close the screen. The screen had some bumps on the sides, but before the keyboard change I didn't have the problem.
I am in contact with the technical service that made the change. What could it be? The screen sensor? Battery connection?
