IdentityServices : "borrar" carpeta que contiene 1 nuevo archivo cada 10 segundos

Tengo un problema con mi ~/Library/IdentityServices/delete carpeta. Contenía ~ un millón de archivos, que estoy tratando de borrar.

Ahora me doy cuenta de que está creando un nuevo archivo, como, cada 10 segundos. 10 últimos archivos por ejemplo:
