El descifrado de APFS se ha atascado

Hace una semana actualicé mi Macbook Pro a 10.13 y reformateé ambos discos internos (SSH y HDD) a APFS encriptado. Hasta ahora el SSD funciona pero tengo un problema con el HDD. No puedo montar el volumen APFS desde el HDD al sistema, tarda demasiado y no pasa nada.

Ejecutar diskutil repairvolume /dev/disk3 da este resultado:

He intentado montar el HDD desde el modo Recovery y parece que no puede descifrar el volumen. Según diskutil apfs list descifrado atascado en el 31%.

He intentado contactar con el soporte de Apple, pero no han podido ayudarme. ¿Qué se puede hacer ahora?
