Sin embargo, se reinicia automáticamente:
ps aux | grep taskgated

Tenga en cuenta también, que el uso de launchctl no es la manera de hacerlo:
sudo launchctl unload /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.taskgated*.plist
