¿Por qué mi launchctl.plst no se dispara al iniciar?

He creado este plist para que Mongo se ejecute en el arranque pero no se dispara. Tengo que ejecutar esto cada vez que arranque:

launchctl load /Library/LaunchDaemons/org.mongo.mongod.plist

Entonces funciona bien.
