La aplicación Fotos en macOS no sube ninguna foto ("Sync session in push got error")

Quiero subir alrededor de 20k de fotos en un completo nuevo Fotos iCloud biblioteca. Sin embargo, la aplicación deja de cargar después de unas 900 imágenes.

Con el comando

He borrado la biblioteca de Fotos de iCloud localmente en mi Mac varias veces, he vuelto a añadir las fotos y he vuelto a activar iCloud, pero aun así, siempre funciona solo para las primeras 900 fotos. Todavía tengo ~ 150 GB de almacenamiento gratuito en mi cuenta de iCloud también.

¿Hay alguna otra forma de subir las fotos? Cómo puedo subir fotos por lotes/en masa a iCloud?
