Los valores de "pmset" han cambiado después de la actualización del sistema y han comenzado a agotar la batería

Tuve el Monterey 12.5 (21G72) y pmset -g la salida solía ser así:

La batería en modo de reposo (cuando la alimentación externa no está conectada) comenzó a drenar dramáticamente: Abro la tapa y sólo muestra la señal roja de batería baja.

La salida del comando está llena de eventos de bluetooth y TCP donde puedo rastrear el drenaje (aunque desactivé el bluetooth hace mucho tiempo).

La actualización a la versión 12.6 (21G115) y el reinicio del SMC no han solucionado el problema.

¿Alguien tiene alguna pista para ayudar a solucionar este problema y detener la fuga?

No parece que haya grandes cambios en su lista, aunque hay dos que me llaman la atención proximitywake y powernap . En mi MacBook 2016 la configuración no cambió para ninguna de las actualizaciones de Monterey.

Algunos de los ajustes se pueden cambiar en Preferencias del Sistema > Batería. Eso incluye PowerNap y el reposo de la pantalla.

En los casos en los que no se puede cambiar la configuración a través de las Preferencias del Sistema, se puede cambiar con el botón pmset por ejemplo:

sudo pmset -b proximitywake 0

Eso debería permitirte volver a poner las cosas como estaban antes.

La gente tiene diferentes opiniones sobre los buenos valores de los ajustes y eso puede variar en los diferentes modelos de Mac. Me aventuraré a hacer algunos comentarios sobre sus ajustes que podrían conducir a una mejor duración de la batería mientras duerme:

  1. Prefiero valores más pequeños para los dos standbydelays que están en segundos. Esto es para acelerar la transición a modos de sueño más profundos.
  2. Un valor distinto de cero para tcpkeepalive significa que el Mac sigue despertando para el tráfico de red. Lo mismo ocurre con womp aunque no lo tengo en mi MacBook.

Para comparar, con mi MacBook 2016 poco potente tengo estos valores:

Mi MacBook duerme felizmente con sólo un 1 o 2 por ciento de caída del nivel de batería al día siguiente. Si tuviera que cambiar algo sería reducir los retrasos a 1 hora (3600 segundos).
